Muscular Spasms In The Neck And Shoulders, Numbness In The Hands, Headaches. Reason?

I am currently experiencing muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder blades. In addition, I have noticed that my hands are going to sleep. Today, I had a numbness and tingling feeling around the left side of my mouth along with the numbness in my left arm. This has just been coming on for the last month or so. I am now beginning to experience headaches along with this. Help!

Hi,
You have not mentioned your age.
If you are elderly then there might be having Cervical spondilitis.
Go for x-ray cervical region.
Go for regular blood pressure check up for blood pressure.
Go for blood sugar level to rule out diabetes.
After all reports your doctor will go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
