Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
warts are dead skin
it normally happens on pressure points
keep sponnge in the shoe so that pressure is reduced
dont keep foot on hard surfaces straight
you can use tricholo acetic acid 20-33 percent daily or bd for long
or silvernitrate 2 percent
this will cause chemical cautery and warts will fall slowly

Dermatologist Dr. Raghuveer Murki's  Response
Hi.plantar warts are due to viral infection .usually they appear as multiple on the foot especialy over pressure points.they should be differiated with corns and callosites.corns are painful on lateral pressure.callosite s are painful on direct pressure.warts are painless.as u have already treated duofilm lotion without response.they can be removed by electrocautery
