hello doc .. my mri report says i have a right centro lateral disc herniation of c6-c7 indenting the right existing nerve root . can u please suggest me some exercises

It is important to know your symptoms, since I strongly feel that you treat individuals and NOT scan reports. If you have shooting pain going down your arm, you are best advised rest, and when acute symptoms settle down, learn some ISOMETRIC exercises for the neck. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT move your neck in circles to exercise your neck. I wish you speedy recovery.
