Mood swings, migraines, headaches, excessive thirst, headaches, frequent urination. Meaning?

hi i have this constant urge to eat even when ive eaten meals that i know fills me up, im always moody, i usually get migraines however they stopped for a few months now almost everyday for the past week ive had a headache, im constantly thirsty even when ive drank plenty of fluids, and i always have to urinate. what could possibly be going on?
