Missing Periods, Spotting, Headache, Back Pain And Tiredness. Have Tubes Tired. Is There Any Chance Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I spotted last month for 3 days on the 9th of October. Now it is November 21st and I still haven't had a cycle and my tubes were tied 12 yrs ago. My head hurts back hurts but nit lower back just all over my back, I'm very tired could I be pregnant?

From history it seems that as you had tubes tied, risk of having pregnancy is less likely.
This problem might be due to some hormonal disturbance.
consult your Gynaec and get examined.
