Missing Periods. Feeling Fatigue, Dizzy, Hungry And Nausea. Are These Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi there, I m due to have my period on the 15th it is now the 13th and lately I ve been feeling some changes in my body. I m fatigued, constantly hungry, I feel dizzy if I don t eat a proper meal I have constant headaches and alway feel nauseated. I m a flight attendant working various shifts could i possibly be pregnant? The last time my partner and I had intercourse was 26th of December 2012? Or could it be a case of fatigue? I have done 3 test and the results have come back negative. I have never been through any of this before with my son.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since your periods are not yet overdue, it is too early right now to get a positive test for pregnancy. Your symptoms may be related to fatigue. It is best to wait for a week and test your urine again using a highly sensitive test kit.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Rakhi-Tayal
