Hi Doctor, I was pregnanct twice, first i miscarried at week 6 and second was ectopic so i had a surgery and i removed my left fallopian tube and since that time in 2010 i couldnt be pregnant, i did all needed tests and they all look good, my right fallopian tube is opened. from some months i did IVF , my embryos were type A which is very good quality, but unfortunately the IVF failed. can i have any idea why i couldnt be pregnant naturally since that time?
