Mild Sore Throat, Small White Boils On Tongue. History Of Having Protected Sex. Preventive Measures?

Hello Sir, I had protected sex with a girl a week back. 3 weeks before also I was with her but I didn't ejaculate. Both the times I was wearing Condom. 4 days after protected sex, I got very mild soar throat and small white boils (like a little elongated heat boil) towards one side of my tongue. Please let me know the preventive measures to be taken.

Hi,

First of all relax, it does not look like any sexually transmitted disease.

Based on the information it seems like a tongue bite or the heat boil. The heat boil is mostly seen in summer as their are seasonal changes, most common cause of ulcer is the deficiency of vitamin B folcin (folic acid) in diet. It can cause ulcer once the boil pops.

The treatment is mainly taking over the counter vitamin B folcin tablet, and include dairy products in diet will decreases reoccurrence of such issues again.

More over you did had a protected intercourse with all precaution necessary. But the oral sex is one of the most common cause for sexual diseases even with protected intercourse. So as a preventive advice, avoid having oral sex and if possible know the diseases status of the partner, as AIDS can be spread via bodily fluids.

Hope this helps
