Mild Numbness In Arm And Leg, Dizziness, Viral,

I have been experiencing mild numbness in my right arm for a few weeks now. It never falls asleep but I feel like Ineed to shake it all the time to get the blood flow back into it. Now I am feeling similar feelings in my right leg. Like it is beginning to fall asleep also. I have at times also had dizziness when sitting up quickly but that comes and goes. Thought it might have been a viral thing. This morning I had it again when getting out of bed. Don t know if they are related issues. What do you suggest trying?

The answer of your question is that you should change your habits. Please keep few things in your mind.
•     Make sure that your arm should not be below pillow when you are sleeping.
•     Go on fat free diet.
•     Do have 40 minutes brisk walk daily.
