Migraine, Appetite Loss, Blurred Vision. CT Scan Shows Holes In Brain. Disease?

Hello, I m looking to identify a disease. This is a research disease log quiz for my highschool Anatomy/Physiology class. The symptoms prescribed are severe migraines, loss of appetite , inability to memorize, blurred vision(sometimes), changes in gait, confusion, and disorientation over a few weeks or months. CAT scan reveals holes in the brain. Right now, I am highly considering encephalitis , but I am not sure, and I know that there are various kinds of encephalitis.

Hello
Welcome to HCM

Sudden onset migraines, loss of appetite, poor memory, occasional blurred vision, confusion, poor orientation etc symptoms can occur in some brain lesion. First possibility is encephalitis and this will show localized lesions on brain.
Other possibility is some infarct on brain. Old infarct of brain may also present with such symptoms because of pressure on adjoining structures.
One more possibile diagnosis is some granulomatous lesions on brain possibly neurocysticercosis or some tubercular granuloma. These lesions may also present with such symptoms.

You can proceed with these diagnosis in mind.

Thanks
