Migraine. Scan And MRI Shows Black Spot On Brain. Suggestions?

I have migraine alot and this last one put me in hospital for four days and the CT showed a black spot on left side of brain and the MRI ahowed a small black spot on left side. One doctor said it common with people who have migraines and it could be MS. It's fine we call it gray matter another doctor said. and the Neurologist said she would like to do a MRV to see whats going on with the blood vesels.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Your neurologist is right in suggesting that you will need an MRV. Its not normal for people with migraine to have such black spots and if MS is a suspicion then it has to be studied in detail. Grey matter is never equivalent to black spots.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
