Metal Taste In Mouth, Headache, Brown Patchy Skin On Face, Itching. White, Hard Lumps On Neck. What Is It?

hi i have had a metal taste in my mouth now for about 3weeks..plus having headaches and the skin on my face is brown patchy that itches gets very sore and wont heal. ive also noticed on my neck i have 3 big purple white hard lumps that wont go..and ive noticed i have a lump apear on the roof of my mouth...please could you tell me what these symtoms are thanks emma

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM.
It appears to be from your query that you may be suffering from toxicity to some food additive or some chemical in the food. All the symptoms which you mentioned are systemic as well related to skin. But more pronounced of the symptoms are the systemic one such as metallic taste and headaches. It is better to consult a physician at the earliest who can take detailed history and rule out the cause accordingly.
Meanwhile for the itchy patch you can apply fluticasone cream and rake antihistamine tablet.
