Menstrual Cycle Was Stopped More Than 70 Days, But Pregnancy Test Was Negative
I got married on june 2010.My wifes menstrual cycle was stopoed more than 70 days.But while we take a pregnancy test the result was negative. Kindly confrim whether this is a pregnancy or other problem ?

Most urine pregnancy test kits show positive results after 2wks of the missed period. Since the pregnancy test is negative even after 70 days, and assuming that you have done the test properly, it is most likely not due to pregnancy. Kindly do an abdominal ultrasound scan, which would confirm pregnancy, if present, or any other pathology causing cessation of menses.
