Medicine Changed To Effexor, Trazadone, Lunesta. Headaches, Stomach Pain. Stopped Trazadone, Feel Shaky

My Dr. changed my med's about 3 wks ago. I'm now taking 150 mg Effexor 200mg Trazadone 10mg Lunesta at night. Since the change, I've been having headaches, stomach pain, major change in my thoughts along with other symptoms. I tried to reach him and haven't been able to. I didn't take the trazadone last night and feel very shaky and irritable today. I researched for drug interactions and see there are some major concerns and am trying to determine the best course for the weekend.
