MRI Showed Midline Cystic Structure Seen Between A Hyoid And Thyroid Cartilage. Painful Lump In Throat With Pain In Ears, Neck, Head. Help

I have a lump in my throat with pain going to my ears, neck, head and eyes. what is the cause of this I HAD AN MRI DONE AND IT SHOWED THAT THERE IS A MIDLINE CYSTIC STRUCTURE WHICH IS SEEN BETWEEN BUT A HYOID AND THYROID CARTILAGE. IT HAS A LOBULATED APPEARANCE WITH TRANSVERSE DIMENSIONS OF APPROX. 2.4 CM ANTERIORLY NBUT A COMPONENT EXTENDS POSTERIORTLY SPANNING 2CM. MULTIPLE LOCULATIONS AND LOBULATED COMPONENTS SEEN. SOME RIM ENHANCEMENT IS SEEN WITH RATHER IRREGULAR ADJACENT SOFT TISSUE. iT HAS HIGH T2 WEIGHTED SIGNAL SAGITTAL MEASUREMENT WOULD BE 2.5CM.
SCATTERED NECK LYMPH NODES ARE NOTED BILATERALLY.

Hi, You had a lump in the throat, with pain going to ears, neck head and ears. Neck lymphnodes are present.
I advise to my patients salt water gargling, antibiotics, protiolytics and pain killers when ever there is pain, and advise to consult a E.N.T.surgeon. Thank you.
