Hi Dear,

Welcome to the platform of Health Care Magic.

The fibrotic scar of Pulmonary Tuberculosis usually persist.

The scar is usually visible in the Xrays many times as calcification and fibrosis. In India we usually depict such leisons as healed tuberculosis, But for the foreign assignments some country still are not clear about this problem hence out rightly they reject such cases considering them as active tuberculosis.

I am sorry to say that there is no medicine to remove the fibrotic scar except the 'TIME'.

Hope the query is answered.

Thanks
