Welcome to HCM.
Most likely it seems to be any hair root infection called foliculitis or might be recurrence of cyst.
It can also happens even if you are not sexually active.
It usually occurs due to blockage of hair root and collection of perspiration inside and later on development of infection.
It usually occurs after severe perspiration, improper hygiene.
Avoid tight under garment.Take proper local care.
Wash that area with antiseptic liquid.
Apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid on it.
Oral antibiotic is needed.
Surgical removal is needed if it is recurrent.
Get examined by gynecologist for further better medical management.
