Lump Above The Hip With Warmness, Numbness Over Forearm And Legs. Worrisome?

Hi, I felt like i had a bruise all day right above my right hip. when i looked I noticed there was no bruising but a lump under the skin. It honestly feels like a vein under my skin has a lump inside. It s a little warm to the touch but no discoloration. Should I be concerned? also, it could be unrelated, but most of the day my right hand forearm , and right leg felt a little numb and tingly.

I would suggest you to get ultrasound examination of the thigh and hip to confirm what is the cause of this lump. If it is a vein or fat or some solid tissue. Till you get these investigation i can not offer you any medicines. Most probably i think it will be either a lymphnode or a lipoma.
