Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Get sonography of abdomin and pelvis.
As well do x ray of abdomin, kidney and urinary bladder. Most of the abdominal pelvic and kidney pathology will be ruled out. Generally kidney stone may give pain described by you.
If no pathology found from above investigation. It may be lower back pain and need appropriate lower back exercise along with good muscle relaxan.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
