Low Lying Testicle, Pain In Testes. Any Help?

Hey Doc... My left testicle has always been lower then my right testicle, but the other day I woke up and felt a weird pain in my testes and notice they looked different. My right testicle was now lower then the left. The left one even looks backwards. This is not testicular torsion otherwise I would be in awful pain. Any help?

Hi
Welcome to HCM.
The variation is due to contraction and relaxation of dartos muscle present in the scrotum.
Unless there is significant pain, there should be no worry.
best regards
DR GS
