Lost Sensation In Penis After Heavy Exercise. Related Symptoms?

Hello - Quite suddenly I have lost sensation in my penis, what was an erogenous zone now feels like any other part of my body. I was sexually active ten days ago, without any problems, however after some time away from weight training in the gym, I returned to a heavy workout program. My loss in sensation seems to have begun three or four days after I began my heavy exercise program. Are the two related? And are there solutions that allow for me to continue my workout regime, and regain my sexual sensitivity in my penis?

Thank you for your answer.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
Doing heavy exercises can cause irritation, compression or entrapment of pudendal nerve or its branches in the pelvis. This is the nerve supplying the penis. You could take guidance regarding doing heavy workout after consulting a doctor.
This is not a serious condition but again, you have not written details about your heavy workouts.
Hope this helps.
