Brief Answer:
Could be referred pain from the Pudendal Nerve

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted pain in penis after having a bout of pile one week back is mostly due to referred pain from Pudendal Nerve .

Pudendal nerve divides in to three branches
1) Rectal Branch
2) Perineal branch
3) Penile branch

Whenever there is inflammation in rectal area (in your case due to piles) the pain that is due to irritation of Rectal branch, one gets the pain and irritation of the other two branches of Pudendal nerve like Perineal branch and Penile branch giving rise to pain in penis and perineum . This is called as referred pain

It will get resolved once the rectal inflammation due to piles subsides .

Consult qualified Proctologist or General surgeon for assessment and treatment for piles which will depend upon the degree of piles..

Taking soft diet ,pain killers like Diclofenac twice daily and local soothing ointment like Xylocaine will help to relieve pain in rectum and there by in penis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
