General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to health care magic
multiple sessile polyps need first of all colonoscopic biopsy of polyp as chances of malignancy are high.It is inherited disease ,so chances of occurring in other family members always exist. As her age is already 75 ,so first rule out cancer.colonoscopic polypectomy is one of the modality of treatment.I will request you to have one more opinion from good gastro- oncologist or experienced surgeon from reputed teaching institute.
‘Hope I have answered your query, I will be available to answer your follow up queries, “Wish you Good Health and speedy recovery”
