Leg Injury, Bruising, Swollen. Negative X-ray. Taking Keflex. Have Indentations In Lower Leg. Normal?

I had a leg injury that is bruised and was very swollen. I had an x-ray (negative), but now the leg became slightly infected for which I am taking Keflex. That was 4 days ago and the swlling and infected area (redness) is going down. However, I now notice 2 very small indentations in the lower leg, where the infection is. Is this normal.
