Hi there! Welcome to H.C.M. Forum.

Did you get the orchitis treated? How long ago was the episode? Is there pain in the testes, both right and left ones? Yes, there might be a chance of mumps orchitis causing testicular atrophy (shrinking of the testes) and sterility. But before we reach to that conclusion, I would suggest that you get some tests done such as,

Complete blood count
urine analysis and culture
urethral smear for chlamydia and gonorrhea
and testicular ultrasound.

Cheers. And good luck!
