General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Your description of pain suggests it to be a muscular pain.
A heart pain is a constant pain and doesn't increase or decrease with your respiration.
Take some anti nflammatory like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 4 to 5 days.
Avoid lifting weight for few days.
You should be all right soon.
Relax,it is not at all serious.
Thanks
