Left Side Body Pain With Cysts After Missing Period. Pregnancy Test Is Negative. Why Has Abdominal Pain Grown Persistent?

I went to the ER 3 months ago with pains on my left side but couldn't find anything, the next morning went back to the ER and found a small 3cm cyst they told me that there is no worry that it will go away, this past week i took to pregnancy test cause i missed my peirod for two months they came back positive i have been having all the symptoms and had been having pain all over my abdomen since 3 days ago and went to the ER last night they did a urine text and came back negitive could i be pregnant?

Although not mentioned, I am assuming the cyst was in the ovary and this could very well be the cause for your irregular periods. I would suggest you to visit your doctor anfmd request for an accurate diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
