Left Hip Fracture. Done Hip Replacement. Taken Pain Killers. No Relief. Treatment?

was injuried in 2004 high speed chase fracture my left hip tore off my right foot they gave me a partical hip replacement but had lots of pain for several years 2 years ago they gave me a full hip replacment but still major pain they tell me nothing more can be done but for me to take heavy pain meds not happy with that what can be causing pain and what can i do without pain meds
