Left Arm Paining And Hands Feeling Numb.

I am a 46 year old female with allergic asthma. Over the past 4 weeks or so I have felt a fluttering in my upper chest, below my neck when I lie down. It lasts for a few minutes then stops. My chest has felt tight over the weekend despite using inhalers and I feel breathless when talking. Yesterday and today I have had pain in my upper left arm and my left hand feels numb.
