Kid, Having Hard Knot Underneath Armpit, Painful. What Could This Be?

My 11 year old daughter has a very small hard knot underneath her armpit. It is causing her some pain. She did work out Wednesday evening pretty hard with our neighbor and a trainer, and did extensive gymnastics last night (handsprings) which seemed to aggravate the area. It feels like a small sharp knot right underneath her armpit. Do you have any idea what this might be? She has no fever or anythng like that. Thank you!

in my mind it can be cyst.sebaceous lipoma or lymph node due to chronic fungal infections as these area are more prone to fungus due to sweat
your doctor can investigate on this direction for exact caue and treat accordingly
