Joint Swelling, Fever, Breathlessness, Borderline Hypothyroidism, Congestion, Tiredness, Possible Arthritis. Why Is This Happening?

hi,
when i was 14 years old I got joint swelling , i think it was arthiritis with continous fever. I got treated for it but my doctor told me that my heart valve is sluggished?I am 28 now... one year ago I started to feel breathlessness and my doctor done EKG and they said my heart is normal . They had done the X ray of lungs and all were normal. Later on I was diagnosed with borderline hypthyroid. I started to take medicine for it and after one month I feel like that my heart is not much tired. I ate the thyroid tablets for 3.5 months (25mcg) untill March 28... I got my check up for thyroid and it was normal... I felt okay... but from past 2 months I start feeling congestion, pressure on heart, more tiredness and even if I made a tea for me I felt breathless... I am in India and temoerature is too high , 35-38 degree and I cant tolerate the high temperatures... why I am feeling like this? Why I am tired always and why I am not able to do much work?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have described are not completely explainable due to arthritis. A systemic disorder or a lung infection also needs to be ruled out after lung function tests and chest X-ray.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
