Over the last few months I have had three lesions appear one on my arm, top of my foot and lower leg. They start out as small really itchy lesions that forms in perfect little circles an they raise just like ringworm. They turn a deep purple and can itch something fierce. If it's a really hot day like 90's it irritates it if exposed and after a hot bath it gets irritated. The one on my arm has finally faded but the two on my lower extremity are still there. They will take on another formation other than a perfect circle if I scratch or irritate it. I have tried Hydrocortisone and prescription Desonide Cream 0.05%.
