Itching In Inner Thigh, Red Spots, Itching. Now Peeling, Dryness, Bleeding. What Is This?

not to long ago I had really itch inner thighs they wernt blisters or ne thing n id itch em n itch and it was really red little spots not bumps tho n where my balls touched the inner thigh where it was they got red and itchy too..and they started to peel n get dry n flakey n sometimes bleed ...does ne one know what this is. And should I be worried

I feel you have and eczematous rash in the regions mentioned.Topical steroids should help.Keep the area dry and avoid itching by having oral anti allergic tablets.
