Is Yellow Eye Drainage A Symptom Of An Infection?

My 2 month baby girl is having yellow eye drainage. She has had the drainage since birth and i thought it was a blocked tear duct but the last 2 days the drainage has increased and is making eye water. There is no redness of eye. Could this be an infection of some sort or blocked duct.

Hi Dear
welcome to the HCM,.
Yes Mm! this is blocked but infected duct.
Requires proper massage to be explained by your ophthalmologist. Many times it is releived by the proper massage only.
Pus culture to get the exact bug for proper antibiotics.
Hope the query is answered.
thanks
