Is Vaginal Itching Along With Green Discharge And Bubbly Urination Symptoms Of A Yeast Or Bacterial Infection?
Thank you. I don’t want to unnecessarily treat for a yeast infection if I don’t have one. I have vaginal itching w some burning (mild), a somewhat foul-smelling and greenish-yellow discharge (not a lot), and perhaps some bubbly urine, altho’ what I saw this morning may have been purely coincidental. I am on Losartan, 20 mg propranolol, azelastine, and Ipratropium currently. I have had the symptoms to a greater or lesser extent for seven days. Does this sound like yeast or bacteria? I will appreciate your feedback very much.

The greenish vaginal discharge doesn't look like yeast but may be from bacterial vaginosis (fishy smell) or trichomoniasis. To make a diagnosis you may do so vaginal secretions smear. The treatment of both is by Metronidazole orally and with vaginal suppositories.
