Is Unsafe Intercourse Worrisome?

I am Bisexual and got into a fling with a girl and irresponsible of me was unaware of how many people she had slept with (both men and women) until a few times of having sexual intercourse. I am experiencing a very painful, sore and itchy vagina which is leaving an incredible amount of discharge and doesn't smell very nice at all. I have also become unwell out of nowhere, I have large swollen glands and headaches but none of my family or friends have been Ill so this seems strange to me and when i go to the toilet and i wipe, i am sometimes wiping away blood. Before being aware of this persons past sex life, i did have sex with this person again and it was very painful and uncomfortable. I am now extremely worried and would like some professional advice as soon as possible incase this is a serious matter. Thank You.
