Hi i read your query and i need more information as to your total cholesterol levels, your HDL that is the good cholesterol levels,LDL cholesterol that is the bad cholesterol results, your ethnic origin, your associated medical conditions if any like Diabetes ,High blood pressure to be sure as to at what risk you are for developing a cardiovascular complication in future.
In the meanwhile i suggest you follow a modified lifestyle which includes - 1-Decrease intake of saturated and trans-fats. 2-Incorporate 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. 3-Try doing moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes 5 times a week . 4-Try to lower your stress levels by meditation or yoga.
