Is there anything i can do to prevent split ends ?

A few times when I have gone to get my hair cut I was told I have a lot of split ends. I am a 14 year old female. I take a shower everday and make sure I get all the shampoo completely out of my hair. Is there anything I can do to prevent split ends?

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Split ends can result from inadequate nutrition and care to the hair. You need to consume diet rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Eat almonds which help hair and skin long term. Drink plenty of water. Avoid eating junk food. Avoid sun exposure to your hair, use umbrella for protection. Apply oil to hair everyday. Have regular hair wash with mild shampoo.
