Is There Any Treatment For Increasing Height?

Hello doctor,

im writing this for ma cousin. as she always complains about her height.. she is Aged 15, weighted 42 Kg and heighted 153 cm.
she says that she's the smallest in her class..
i would be more than happy if i can suggest something to her so that i can see her happy...

Im dr.hema physiotherapist

Yes there are things that help us . Studies says 60% to 8o % depends on genes.


But she can take several steps to make sure her natural height isn't shortened by environmental.
Frequent infection and malnutrition can keep any1 from reaching full height, as well.

So the things that we can do are
1.rich nutrients that includes more calcium, protein, zinc, vit d. (Dairy products, dhal,pumpkin, peanuts, fresh veggies, fruits) do not diet at her age.
If she z underweight u can ask her paediatric dr for nutritional supplements.
2.joining sports team, and being ver active.
3.strecthing exercises from neck, , shoulder , trunk and legs has to be slow and gentle.
4 hanging on a bar just for 5 to 10 secs daily(can be avoided in issue)
5.swimming.

Ask her to do gently and she has years to grow.
