Is There Any Problem For Taking Cifron 500 Tablet During Pregnancy?

Hi. I am having one doubt. Actually i am in early stage of pregnancy but my doctor suggested me to use cifron 500 tablet for the urine infection. Is it ok in pregnancy time? Is there any harm to my child? Yesterday I observed black discharge slightly please guide me

normally we do not prescribe ciprofloxacin during early pregnancy, it is not advisable.ur spotting any way may not become of the tablet, u need to do a ultrasound to check if the pregnancy is inside the uterus and if the heart has appeared now, if scans normal ur doc wil giv u progesterone to support the pregnancy and medicine to stop further bleeding.find out wat other drug the organism is sensitive to, and change ur antibiotic after discussing with urdoc
