Is There Any Interaction Between Coreg,sotalol,metformin,nexium, Simvastatin And Vitamin Tablets When Taken Together?

My Cardiologist just recommended I take 400mg of magnesium oxide for a week and have lab work done. He says I have low magnesium oxide. I take coreg, sotalol, metformin,nexium,simvastatin, lowsartan, b12 complex, b12, vitamin d3, multivitamin, vitamin E, is there a interaction withis med and what does low magnesium mean?

Hi i read your query.

Low magnesium concentration may lead to serious arhythmia especially if you are taking antiarhythmic (as sotalol).

Sow i also suggest to take magnesium tablets in order to put your magnesium concentration at normal levels.

Yes between the medicationare some minor interaction but thats has nothing to do with Magnesium levels.
