Hi there amieebokolo. Your name suggests you are of African descent & ? female. Apologies but the gender & race are important factors in scar/pigmentary disturbances. Anyone who promises a 'permanent cure' for any ailment especially scars & pigmentary disturbances of the skin needs to have his/her head examined. Having said that & if you have exhausted all conservative lines of treatment (of which you have not furnished any details), you may want to try 'lasers' for 'resurfacing' &/or 'pigment lightening'. If you desire more information on this, please contact your nearest dermatologist or if you need mois to furnish the same, please contact me specifically via this HCM portal & will be happy to oblige.
