Is There A Natural Remedy For Thyroid Problem?

My Mother is 53. she is having thyroid and looking for a natural treatment. i got a the following juice will help, which includes cranberries juice and this is very hard to get in India. is there any thing alternative to cranberry Juice ? or any other natural remedies. Thanks

Dear ma'm , Hi! i am an endocrinologist and understand a simple science that if something is lacking in our body we need to replace it , so if thyroid is not working you need to replace thyroxine. i am not aware of any juice with thyroxine properties. Regards!
