Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to USG report, your endometrial thickness is increased. You may need biopsy of endometrium after clinical assessment.
Biopsy can confirm nature of thickening means it is benign or malignant.

Minimal free fluid in pelvis is generally a normal finding. It may be due to ovulation. However,Pelvic inflammatory disease should be ruled out if there is clinical doubt.
Uterus is normal in size and echotexture.
Adnexa are also normal.
Both ovaries are also normal in size.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
