Is The Itchiness On My Right Foot Related To Shingles?

I was diagnosed with shingles three weeks ago on the back of my left shoulder. I was prescribed a prescription and a topical which cleared it up. Now I am noticing a rash like in groups of two or three in a line that itch. All on the left side located on my brest, the inside of my knee and on my upper foot. I have also noticed something on my right foot. They don t hurt just itch. Is this a return of the shingles?

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that shingles will not be spread on whole body so it can be an allergic rash to some body product or food. It’s advisable for you to consult a physician for proper physical evaluation and further treatment.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
