30, 5' 7", 390 lbs. I fell coming off of a cement platform - my shin hit the rounded corner of this cement slab. This happened on Friday night, and today I'm starting to see a gigantic bruise forming beneath my knee about 2/3 down the leg and then that lower 1/3 hurts to stand starting yesterday. Is the muscle just dealing with being in a car for a number of hours or could this be a fracture even though I can walk without limping?
