Is The Blood Pressure Normal?

My father is 63yrs old and have BP is around 148/78 from last two weeks. He is also a diabetic patient. However sugar is within limits. ECG report was normal. Is this BP range is ok as per my father age. Kindly suggest what test need to be done if required.

As such that reading for blood pressure in this agr is quite ok.
But as he being a diabetec you should take care
Please go ahead with renal function tests, sr creatinine, , bloodurea, electrolytes to knowif there is any alteration in the kidneys.
Check out the bp for three consecutive readings to confirm
Better avoid salty, oily, sour foods
