hello,
i can understand your concern. diethylpropion is used for obesity management. along with this you have been using medications for hypothyroidism, hypertension and depression. the medications do not interact with each other and are safe to be used together. you need not worry about the same.
i would suggest along with medications, a dietary consult for appropriate calorie intake and life modification would be beneficial for you.
Hope i have answered your concern.
Have a nice day.
