General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The swelling in breasts with mild milky discharge and pain may be sign of various issues as hormone imbalance with fibroadenosis, pregnancy or else. I would suggest to wait for waiting till period of your expected date of menses for the progress of the symptoms and if much pain can consume analgesic as paracetamol.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
