Is Sweating, A Side Effect Of Paracetamol Intake?

I have tooth ache and have been taking Paracetamol for the pain (ang 2x500mg every 3 hours) for about a week now, but have started to get the sweats and feeling tired, I am a regular drinker of Redbull and have cut right down as it was suggested by a pharmacist so that I think is the reason for tiredness (caffeine withdrawl) but is having sweats a known side effect of taking Paracetamol regularly?(i have made a dentist appointment but its not for another few weeks so this is my only option at this time).

Hi
Thanks for contacting HCM
You areadviced 2x 500 mg (= 1gm )evry 3 hrs ( 3 hrs x 8 times= 24 hrs) , i.e. 8 gm.
The maximum amount of paracetamol for adults is 1 gram (1000 mg) per dose and 4 grams (4000 mg)Only.
so immediate stop Paracetamol in this much amount.
If Tab Tramacet is available in your country without Doctor prescription kindly take this tab Tramacet One tab 8 hrly. otherwise Paracetamol 500 sos ( when Need) and repeat dose only after 6hrs.
Sweats are first sign to indicate drug over dose.
The first symptoms of overdose usually begin several hours after ingestion, with nausea, vomiting, sweating, and pain as acute liver failure starts.
Paracetamol is acetaminophen.Paracetamol is classified as a mild analgesic. It is commonly used for the relief of headaches and other minor aches and pains and is a major ingredient in numerous cold and flu remedies. In combination with opioid analgesics, paracetamol can also be used in the management of more severe pain such as post-surgical pain and providing palliative care in advanced cancer patients. Though paracetamol is used to treat inflammatory pain, it is not generally classified as an NSAID ( Non Steroid Anti Inflamatory Drug) because it exhibits only weak anti-inflammatory activity.
Thanks
